About Equity
Equity owns Waterway Developments Holdings, a real estate development, and marketing firm. Equity Group was founded in 2018 as a joint-stock company with a small number of shareholders. Through a variety of construction and building projects for all sorts of dwelling, commercial, service, and administrative units, it aims to deliver comprehensive real estate solutions aimed at perfection and success.
Dr. Haitham Samir, CEO of Equity. passionate about real estate in Egypt; he left the medical profession to join the prestigious Wadi Degla Real Estate Development Company’s marketing and sales sector for more than 11 years, accumulating experience in the field and achieving a number of well-known investment successes.
