Olive Tree is a real-estate development company established in 1994. The company was founded by Ashraf Awad, Ehab Awad and Nadia Habib. Olive Tree is the provider of quality high-end homes, and the renovator of many estates in Egyptian locations such as Heliopolis, Al-Zaher, Al-Qubba, Al-Zaytoun, and Nasr City.

The company is planning to work with management companies to manage and run their projects in their project N-Mall, they contracted with UNITECH.FM Integrated Services for the mall’s management and operation. N-Mall was the beginning of the company’s investment in the new capital, and it was the beginning of a new innovative way of building high-end projects that follows international standards.at the moment, the company is preparing for its big next step which is relocating their headquarters to the New Administrative Capital.
The company is focusing on refreshing the Egyptian market by catering to their customer’s needs, which showed in their projects (N-Mall, and Oro New Capital), both built in the New Administrative Capital, and both are predicted to achieve high returns in the next few years.
