City Edge developments
City Edge Developments is a company launched by both the Ministry of Housing and Urban Communities and The Holding Company for Development and Investment. New Egyptian cities are being built day by day, and City Edge is contributing to Egypt’s vision by building projects in those cities all over Egypt, starting with their projects in The New Administrative capital to Ne Mansoura, New Alamin and New Cairo, they established high quality projects that are incomparable with others on the market. The company is famous for their high towers and the one of a kind services they provide, so it came naturally that City Edge became a Clientele favorite. The company is trying to take an environmentally friendly approach by choosing nontoxic building materials and using solar energy to provide electricity.
Who is the Owner of City Edge?
• City Edge is not founded by a single person, rather a joint effort between the three most important names in Egypt.
• The current owner of City Edge is Ashraf Salman.
• As for the leadership of the company’s board of directors, it is divided between (Engineer/ Abdel Muttalib Emara, Ahmed Al Weshahi, Mohsen Adel, Lubna Hilal, and Engineer/ Ragaa Fouad).
• The CEO of the company is Dr. / Mohamed Makkawi, and Mr. Eng. / Amjad Hassanein.
The history of City Edge history
• The company was launched in 2018, the launching was announced by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Communities.
• The Housing and Development Bank participated with the Holding Company for Development and Investment, in addition to the Urban Communities authority, in order to establish City Edge.
• In May of 2018, City Edge signed a contract with the Urban Communities ministry, which specifies that the company will develop residential projects in several new cities, in addition to the company’s right to supervise these projects while marketing them, provided that the company is committed to provide an excellent customer service after selling the units.
• The contract was signed for 7 projects, starting with projects in the new administrative capital, the new city of Alamein and the new city of Mansoura.
