Madinet Nasr for Housing and Development was founded with an initial goal of developing 40 million square metres of land in Nasr City and the regions near and around it on the outskirts of Cairo. MNHD has thus constructed large scale projects and foundations throughout Egypt, addressing the requirements of multitudes of middle-income Egyptians, thanks to a strong workforce of over 450 specialists. MNHD has broadened its target audience clients as a result of its re – organization, allowing it to take advantage of prospective prospects in the real estate market’s higher class.
In an attempt to strengthen MNHD and inherent its capabilities, the company decided to bring forth two large scale mixed-use residential projects.
