• Businessman Ayman Ismail Suleiman is the Chairman and CEO of Mountain View Company.
• He graduated from the Faculty of Commerce, Accounting Department, and Ain Shams University in 1985, after that he joined the Business Administration Program in the USA at Harvard University in 2006.
• He started his work as a sales manager in several real estate companies in 1989 to 1991.
• He held the position of Director of the Department of Sales and Marketing from 1991 to 1993.
• •he worked as a regional manager in several Arab countries, such as Syria, Lebanon and Jordan Between 1993 and 1996.
• He worked as a marketing manager in a real estate company in1997.
• He worked as a marketing manager within the Swiffer Wet Jet Company, from 1998 to 2000.
• He got the position of CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Mountain View Company or Dar Al MI mar Company, as they called it then, by 2009.

• The company was established in 2005, then waited a year before launching their first project.
• The company was first called Dar A l-Memaar, as it is the mother company that created Mountain View.
• The first projects for the company were in New Cairo and The fifth Settlement, then they kept launching projects till they reached a 100 project.
