• المصرية السعودية هي نتاج تعاون مشترك بين وزارة المالية السعودية ووزارة الإسكان والتنمية العمرانية المصري.
• وقد تأسست الشركة منذ عام 1975م، وقد تنوعت قطاعاتها حيث التي بدأت عملها الفعلي بجمهورية مصر العربية عام 1989م

• بينما قامت وزارة الإسكان المصرية بتسديدها على شكل أصول حيث خصصت 3 قطع أراضي كبيرة المساحة، حيث تصل مساحتها إلى 97 فدان.
• ووصل رأس المال الشركة وبلغ حجم استثماراتها في الوقت الراهن حوالي 318 مليون دولار، مما يرمز إلى مدى نجاح الشركة بقوة إدارتها ومهارة العاملين بها.
