Who is the owner of Talat Mostafa Group?

– The company was established by the hands of the prominent businessman Talaat Moustafa who was born on July, 1926.
– On 1959, He had his first and only son, Hisham Talaat Moustafa, that majored in Business & Finance in Alexandria University and got his business degree on 1980.
– Since then, he joined his father in working in TMG and learned a lot from his father who passed away on 2005 at the age of 79.
– That’s when Hisham Talaat Moustafa became the CEO and decision maker of the company.
– He is now a well-known Egyptian businessman that is one of the Consultative Council, and he was a member of the ruling National Democratic Party.
– Hisham Talaat Moustafa is originally from Monefya Governate, he was raised in a small village near Owesna village and he kept going for visits until the early 20s.
– He was a very bright student, he initially intended to major in Engineering but ended up in Business and Finance in 1976 following his father’s advice.
– And indeed, he inherited the company from his father and managed to execute several remarkable projects just like his father but with a modern technological touch.

The Uprising of TMG

– Talaat Moustafa Group was established on 1975, by the well-known businessman Talaat Moustafa.
– The group has developed a huge number of coastal projects in North Coast and Agamy in Alexandria.
– Also, it has established modern communities and projects in new cities in Egypt, such as Sheikh Zayed city and Shorouk city in 1994.
– By 1988, the company was able to move into a new era where it changed from a small company to a huge enterprise holding over 21 companies under its wing.
– Important examples of said companies are: Alexandria for real estate development, Arabia Company for real estate, Alexandria company for architecture, San Stefano for real estate development, and many others.
– When Talaat Moustafa died in 2005, the first thing his son did was enroll the company in the Egyptian stock exchange.
– And indeed, it was enrolled by 2007.
– He developed several projects after that.
