مشروعات شركة تعمير العقارية
· كمبوند ديار التعمير 1 بموقع متميز على محور جمال عبد الناصر، والقرب من تاون مول وأكتوبر فيستيفال سيتي، وقد تم الانتهاء من تنفيذه عام 2014 ويحتوي على 630 وحدة ومناطق سكنية ومجمع تجاري ومسجد.
· كمبوند ازاد التجمع الخامس بالقاهرة الجديدة خلف بناء الجامعة الامريكية الجديد، ويحتوي على 1700 وحدة سكنية وخدمات مميزة ووسائل الراحة كمركز المجتمع وحمامات السباحة، وذلك على مساحة 55 فدان، وقد تم تسليم نحو 500 وحدة سكنية للعملاء.
· تطوير 650 وحدة سكنية بـ بداية التسعينات في مساكن شيراتون مصر الجديدة، فيلات زاوية النخبة في مدينة 6 أكتوبر، والمجمع السكني في منطقة سيتي فيو، وتم تسليم 1425 وحدة سكنية في حي المعادي الجديدة.
· مشروعات إنشائية بنادي الشمس، وماريلاند وسنتر سيدنا الحسين وغيرهم، ومشروع ازاد فيو الذي يعتبر أجدد مشاريع الشركة.
· نفذت الشركة عدة فنادق مميزة وراقية مثل: فندق أوبروي في مدينة أسوان في جزيرة إلفنتين ويضم 208 غرفة، وقد تم بناؤه وتصميمه في بداية السبعينات.
وفندق لو ميريديان في القاهرة، وفندق فلسطين في المعادي الجديدة والإسكندرية والذي تم بناؤه في عام 1967 ويضم 229 غرفة، وقامت شركة تعمير بتجديده في بداية الألفينات.
· كمبوند ديار 2 الذي يضم 2300 وحدة على مساحة 70 فدان، وقد تم بيع الوحدات جميعًا في 2017، والمرحلة الأخيرة سيتم تسليمها عام 2024.
بفضل هذه المشاريع الاستثمارية والنجاح الكبير الذي حققته شركة تعمير منذ تأسيسها حتى الآن، أثبتت الشركة أنها تستحق المكانة الرائدة والعريقة التي حصلت عليها.
