Tatweer Misr is a large-scale Egyptian company that established a name for itself over the years, the company has many projects all over Egypt. Even though the company is considered newly established, as it was built 9 years ago, it was able to release coastal and residential projects in the best cities of Egypt.
Tatweer Misr is an Egyptian company that joined the race to build the best projects all over Egypt, that was done through a collaboration between investors to achieve the 5 years plan they put, to unleash the full potentials of Tatweer Misr, and make a name of it outside of Egypt.
In the first years, the company was able to release 3 residential projects, those residential projects got famous for their one of a kind architectural designs and their beautiful locations.
• Dr. Ahmed Shalaby is the CEO and Director of Tatweer Misr.
• He joined the faculty of Engineering, Department of Architecture, and graduated in 1993 and got a master’s degree in Architecture in 1998.
• He worked as a professor at Cornell University New York, in the Department of Urban Planning.
• He assumed the responsibility of the real estate investments in the Al-Fawares holding Company in Egypt.
• He was as a member of the board of directors in the International Council for Small Enterprises.
• He was one of the chairmen of the Real Estate Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Egypt.
• He was the Chairman of the Real Estate Market Export Council.
• he was an advisor to the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Future Company for Real Estate Development and Investment, and contributed to the development of Future city.
The company was established in 2014. The company is owned by Dr. Ahmed Shalaby (adviser to the Minister of Housing), Mr. Hamada Daoud (owner and director of Madeco Water Motors Company), Mr. Sami Zatoun (one of the owners of Madeco Water Motors Company), and Mr. Samir Aref (owner of Keys and Kowaleen Al-Ahram Company) ), and Mr. Ashraf Arafa.
Those investors worked to transform the company to the size it is now, by focusing on three main goals, building nonresidential projects in Egypt, establishing projects in new cities like El Alamein and New Mansoura, Sheikh Zayed and the North Coast, and establishing a name outside of Egypt in countries like Spain, Greece, Britain, Saudi Arabia and the Maghreb, in addition to Portugal and Rwanda.
