\u2022 The company was founded in 1994, by engineer Hassan sabbour, he is the chairman of the company, he owns 60% of the company\u2019s shares and 40% of the national bank of Egypt shares, and thus the company was named Al Ahly Sabbour Development.
\u2022 Hassan Sabbour was born in 1936, he joined the Faculty of Engineering, Cairo University, Department of Architecture, and graduated in 1957.
\u2022 He did a diploma in road planning in 1958 and had diploma in basic development in 1962.
\u2022 He worked as president of the Shooting Club in 1992, and then began establishing several real estate projects in Egyptian cities.
\u2022 He was the president of the Egyptian Businessmen Association and the president of the Egyptian American Council.
