\u00b7 Maxim Developments was first a company that belonged to a mother company, Maxim holdings, it was amongst 14 different sectors that Maxim holdings invested in.\u00a0
\u00b7 Among those services Maxim for hotels, Maxim for concrete, Maxim for cars and many other sectors.
\u00b7 At first Maxim Developments tried out their hand in building residential units in the streets of Old Cairo.
\u00b7 They started with building luxurious residential buildings in Heliopolis.
\u00b7 By 2005, they decided to build hotels, they started out by building 2 five star hotels in Sharm El-Sheikh, consisting of 550 suites and 350 luxurious rooms.

\u00b7 In 2010, full compounds were planned to be built, designed by the best consultancies in the market.
