Creek Town Compound was developed by IL Cazar Real Estate Development Company on a vast plot of land in the First Settlement on Suez Road. It spans over 100 acres, with Green areas and picturesque sceneries that are prevalent throughout the property, accounting for more than 70% of the overall area. The remaining area of the project land is for residential units and service facilities.

Go Khozam has assigned this project to the largest engineering consultancy offices in Egypt and the Middle East. Creek Town is overseen by Engineer Hani Saad, who based all of the residential and service units in the property on up-to-date European models that emphasize modernism and functionality.
