Mazaya Development is a recently established real estate company launched back in 2017 that developed over 3 mixed-use projects including Gemini Blue, Gemini Red and The Rock in the New Administrative Capital. Although it was recently launched, it made a huge difference in the real estate market in Egypt.

The word “Mazaya” comes from the Arabic translation of the word “Benefits” which is exactly what the company provides to investors and buyers. Mazaya Developments carefully studies the market in order to come up with a solution and projects that caters to the current needs. The company developed 3 major towers in the New Administrative Capital, taking up a huge amount of space approximately 7,800 square meters. Ever since their launch in 2017, Mazaya has been never short on high-end developments, with over 33 projects and housing solutions and a promise of more to come.
