Obsidier Mall, a project that is considered one of the best in the area, was developed by Dubai Development. It was built on a large plot of land, in the heart of the Administrative Capital, in an area of about 13,500 meters, divided into three towers and taking into account the green spaces in the area.
Why Obsidier Mall
The Obsidier consists of commercial units on the ground, first, and second floors, as well as administrative and medical units on the following floors, and luxury hotel apartments on the top floors, where the space of all units inside ranges from 35 square meters to 300 square meters. It is known that the company responsible for the project assigned its design to the Mohammed Talaat engineering consulting office.
This huge commercial project is located in the Downtown area in the seventh residential district (R7) near the Al-Massa Hotel, the Green River, the financial and business district, the government district, and the ministries. It is linked to the Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed South axis.
