The Silver Sands Village project is located on the North Coast, in the Sidi Hanish area, near the Ras Al-Hikma Bay area, the new Fouka Route, and numerous different tourist settlements, at kilometres 222 of the Alexandria-Marsa Matrouh coastal road. The gorgeous scenery and green spaces, were assigned 485 acres of the project land.
Chalets range in size from 155 to 200 square metres, twin houses from 280 square metres, and standalone villas from 300 to 400 square metres, with prices starting at 6,500,000 Egyptian pounds for chalets and 9,500 Egyptian pounds for a twin house, and standalone villas from 15 million Egyptian pounds and up to 60 square metres.
